Cleanup

Now I know I am putting 2 photos on tonight but am not going to be near a computer tomorrow so keeping the numbers up. Cleaning up the shed to get the new hay in.

Tea Break

Lunch break, Subway Yum,  at the paint and clean up at the renter. Hot as hell all week the spare pair of shoes belong to the other helper Jacqui.

Whoops

35deg and played golf came home puffed. Peter baling hay caught it on the baler so off to the Dr and stitched it looks like a hand full of sausages.

Fire

Ecan makes the rules so out goes the fire for a more user friendly one no wet back now. I am still at the renter in town of course.

Feet Up

Another big day with the renovations took photos for the blog but left the camera down there so have decided to photograph  the worker resting up.Ready for the next day.

A Sweetner

We are doing some painting in the renter in town now of course I had to buy Dulux as the tin of Jelly Beans came with the paint am feeling a bit over sweetened at the moment.

A work of art well some may not think so but had fun doing it, just having trouble finding a place to hang it.

Rings

Another wedding today 26 deg phew it was hot had a lovely old Crysler so used it for the rings quite nice.

Sky

A tiny wee irrigator for Canterbury  under a really different sky .

Hand up

It took 3 trips to the sales but Marg eventually got the hand up and bought a horse also won a set of hopples so a good day. No new horse here.

Sales

Another day at the sales our friends horse went through the ring he was a good looker but didin't make great money a ladys horse with the big white front leg really.

Sales

The first day of the Premier sales at Christchurch the horses were cheap had a job keeping my hands in my pockets.Nice day out.No new horses today.

Working

Wedding season again and time on the computer getting the photos ready to print.

Jet

Jet is all keen as tea is about to be dished. Camera was not quick enough to get her catching the food just the wee point and shoot.

Golf Card

Jacqui's first  day back at golf for 15 months the shoulder held up well and the card not too bad either. Onward and upward.

Light up

Jacqui has just bought round a new program to try so have played with this picture and made it look twice what it was. Lots of fun and wasting time off course.

A Stitch

A stitch in time helps some of the gear last a bit longer the machine is a tricky beast will have to keep persevering

My friend Di has arrived from Oamaru to stay but she brings her house as well , one of them any way.And mate Ange the dog.

Reds Trial

 

Red is at the trials this is when he was warming up, very pleased with him he did behave and pulled up well. On ward and upward.

Spraying

 

Peter with Jet the supervisor  is out spraying some Kelly thistols .

The Boys

 

Pete & Red on the jogger Red is getting a bit silly as he gets fitter he is going to the trials Tues hope he behaves.

Will have the camera there for his first hit out.

Wedding

 

Had a wedding today and doesn't  look like the bride got the groom

Jacqui is running off with him.

Farrier

 

 Tux has had 5 weeks with a mystery lameness seems OK now so Doug has put some nice new shoes on.

Fingers crossed that all is OK.

Renter

Well the renter is due to change tenants. I hate this job of picking someone new as there are ones that you have to disappoint. Hope I make the right choice.

Toes

 

Well a day in town feet in a foot bath and toes getting the treatment a back massage as well.

Absolute bliss.

Well took some photos on a wee point and shoot, and won't load onto my computer . so today is a school friend working on a big piece of limestone from Mt Sommers. A lovely piece of art.

Silo

Time for more barley and the stinking job of cleaning out the silo. I am supervising ,hot and dusty.
