Shoes

Wizzard just loves shoes so visitors kick them off so he can attack them. What a wicked look but he is happy.

Rakia River

Went to ChCh today to the Osteopath the river was up a wee bit and the sky was nice , liked the space.

Tuxedo

Ashburton trials today and Tux is looking pretty pleased with himself he went nicely went away well not like going all the way to Forbury and galloping, the wee monkey.

Oamaru

VC Valentine went to Oamaru today nearly got the hoof in the till he got 4th a good run.

Dutchess

Dutchess has found a new home Andy took her home and rode  her that night and she was good.Pleased to find a good place for her.

ANZAC

Had great ideas for today's blog went to the Cenotaph{probably not how you spell it}To get a shot and dam no card in the camera so came home and took  this.

Rugby Photo

Went to Methven today to take Rugby reunion photos Jacqui is the model to check the light before the boys turned up.

Sweet 100

The tomato plant is keeping us in wee tomatoes so nice and sweet.

Boiling the billy

Forbury was not Fruitful but went from Oamaru in horse truck with living quarters so Diane is boiling the billy for a cuppa very relaxing.

Gate horse

 Taking 2 horses to Forbury tomorrow to race  hope the colours go faster down there than on this fellow.

Tuxedo

Tuxedo went to the work outs at Methven he is pretty pleased with himself  even though it wasn't faultless he won but had a we break .

The Team

The team is ready and waiting for the command to plough. Nothing bothers them.

Old Boys

The World ploughing is on at Methven and I sent Peter with the camera while I played golf . Liked this with the old traction engines  and in the background is the Chopper.

Drive

The late afternoon sun in the front drive thought it looked good.The leaves are starting to fall.

Tidy up

Got into the garden with the chain saw and loppers. 2 truck loads of bits but can't see where we have been.It's just the beginning.

Race winner

Had hoped this was going to be me on the blog tonight. This is Ron's horse Ardwell Star winning the Trot well.

Tomatoes

This is a sweet 100 tomato  it has cropped like mad still hundreds on it , it has grown bigger tomato's  than you would expect must be the horse sh.......t.

Spa

Feels as if winter is just around the corner so giving the spa a clean. The old bones feel like they need a soak.

Parrys

This pair live in the garden they love looking at them selves in the glass doors.They went away to have their baby's they must now be weaned as they are back.

Chocolate

Trying to eat better dam crashed again but what a nice crash...........white chocolate yummmmmmmmmmmm.

Kites

Ashburton kite maker was out test flying some kites nice weather and clear sky's made a great sight.

Lambs

This photo had to come out of the archives.The lambs are so cute running in the sun, has been a good day here today.

Lettuce

Drizzling here today and this lettuce plant looks great with the water drops on the leaves, looks a bit past eating though.

Saddlery Shop

Trials today and the mobile saddlery shop is there for all the bits and bobs that you might need or have forgotten to bring. Tux and Pete also ran.

Fishing

The coast here is not for swimming even the fish weren't biting but some hardy soles enjoy  trying to catch one.

I never cease to tire of the sun sets from the lounge window looking to Mt Hut just so kool.
